Pastor Aaron & May serve as the Lead Pastors at Central Church.   Aaron has over twenty years of ministry experience and has served in various pastoral roles at Central Church since 2003. Before that, he served as youth pastor in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Aaron was born and raised in Green Bay, so he and his wife May have a special place in their hearts for the members of the Green Bay community. Their desire is to see them connect with God on a personal level, grow deep in their faith, serve others by developing and utilizing their God-given gifts, and be involved in reaching the community for Christ.

Aaron and May have been married since November 2007. They have four children: Lincoln, Micah, Kaylin, and Emerson.

Pastor James has been on staff at Central Church since January 2019, and began serving as Associate Pastor in March 2020. Before coming to Central, he worked for a local beverage distributor while pursuing a career in law enforcement.

James studied at Global University out of Springfield, Missouri, to become a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. James has a special place in his heart for Central Church, because he gave his life to the Lord and was baptized here. He is excited to be a part of what God is doing at Central.

James and Libby have been married since July 2011. They have three daughters: Brielle, Olivia, and Penelope.

Pastor Paul has served as the Children’s Pastor at Central Church since February 2011. Paul has over twenty-five years of experience investing in children and filling their hearts with God’s word.

He and his wife, Shelby, share the vision of reaching people in Green Bay and the surrounding communities. They passionately believe that children are a BIG deal to God and want to help them grow BIG in their faith.

Pastor Paul and Shelby have been married since 1993. They have two children: Alyssa and Adrian.

Pastor David has served as the Youth Pastor at Central Church since January 2024.

David has over 14 years of ministry experience and most recently served in State College, Pennsylvania. David graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a degree in Youth Ministry and was ordained by the Assemblies of God in 2017.

David and Rachel have a passion for students and desire to see them grow in their love and understanding of Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit.

David and Rachel have been married since June 2013. They have one son: Phineas.

Pastor Charisma began interning at Central in June 2022, and in June 2023, stepped into a full-time role. As worship pastor, Charisma is enthusiastic about cultivating a culture of authentic  worship - both in our moments of gathering together, and also in our everyday lifestyle.

Charisma also provides operational and administrative leadership for our student ministry. She loves investing into the next generation, and you'll often see her connecting with Central's youth and young adults.

Charisma has been married to her husband Lincoln since 2021.

Anna began interning at Central in the Fall of 2023. In February 2024, she began her full time role as the Connections Pastor—a combined position emphasizing the administrative and mission roles.

Before moving to Wisconsin in February, Anna lived in Cambodia, teaching English at a university. She graduated in 2021 from Colorado Christian University with her B.A. in Biblical Studies. While earning her undergraduate degree, she spearheaded and lectured apologetics courses, and was involved in local ministry initiatives with youth and the homeless. She is pursuing her M.Div with a concentration in Church Planting through Regent University. She has also studied law in Italy.

Anna loves to travel and is deeply passionate about studying various cultures and discovering how to contextualize the gospel for today. She desires to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to the marginalized through church planting and being on mission.

Daniel has been a part of Central Church for most of his life. After serving and interning in multiple ministries at Central through his high school years, Daniel decided to pursue his bachelor's degree in ministry leadership from Moody Bible Institute, where he graduated in December 2021.

Daniel was brought on to Central's staff as a pastoral intern in October 2021, and was promoted to a permanent staff position in June 2022. As Creative Director, Daniel is passionate about helping people to encounter God through compelling design, beautiful experiences, and engaging communication. Daniel oversees Central's visual identity and digital presence, and helps architect and strategize Central's Sunday services and other events.

Daniel is a proud Green Bay resident, and is well-known for his engagement in the community.

Vickie and her husband Carl have been attending Central for twelve years. She began inviting her family to church as well, and now her children, their spouses, her grandchildren, and great-granddaughter attend church and have a relationship with Jesus. WOW! Vickie is a kind, hardworking, and dedicated woman with such a sweet heart. We are so thankful for all the hard work she does. She’s been on our custodial staff since 2008.

Susan (pictured) and her husband, along with his parents and their girls, began coming to Central in 2010. After a couple of years, she got baptized, and now serves in multiple ministries in the church. Susan has a heart for the lost and serves whenever and wherever she can. She has a heart of gold, and we are blessed to have her in our church. She’s been on our custodial staff since 2014.
